Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Zed List: The Flat Frame Masterclass (Nottingham Edition)

Thank you for choosing to join The Flat Frame. Because each 3-hour workshop is strictly capped at a maximum of 4 participants per session, a single booking represents a significant portion of our limited inventory. When you lock in a seat, it is immediately removed from the public schedule. To ensure fairness to all photographers and to protect the sustainability of our small group walks, the following terms apply to all ticket purchases:

  • Non-Refundable Ticket Policy

All workshop tickets are priced at £125.00 and are completely non-refundable upon checkout.

Once a transaction is processed via Stripe, the seat is legally assigned to you, and we cannot offer cash or credit refunds you simply change your mind or find yourself unable to attend.

  • Rescheduling & Transfer windows

7 Days or more Notice:

If you need to change your date due to an unexpected conflict, you may request a transfer to any future available session up to 7 days prior to your scheduled 11:00AM start time. No administrative fees will apply.

  • Fewer than 7 Days Notice:

Any rescheduling requests made within the 7-day window prior to your walk cannot be accommodated. Due to the short notice, it is highly unlikely we can fill your seat, and the ticket value will be fortified.

  • Ticket Substitutions (Passing it On)

If you miss the 7-day rescheduling window, your ticket is 100% transferable to another individual.

You are welcome to sell or gift your spot to a friend, family member, colleague or fellow camera club enthusiast at no extra cost.

To authorise a substitution, you must email booking@zedlistflatframe.com at least 24 hours before the walk providing the attendee’s full name, email address, and mobile number so they can receive the itinerary and location briefs for The Hidden Brew.

  • Weather, Location Feasibility & Host Postponements

    Rain or Shine Policy:

The Flat Frame is an urban, outdoor street photography experience. Sessions operate in heavy rain, mist, or shine in all host cities. Atmospheric weather-including rain, mist, snow, or overcast skies often provide the high-contrast lighting and rich pavement reflections essential to our specific style of cinematic street photography. Participants are responsible for checking the local forecast for their specific workshop destination and dressing appropriately with suitable footwear and waterproof gear. Refunds will not be issued due to standard inclement weather.

Severe Weather, Travel Disruptions or Host Illness:

If official government metrological agencies in the host country issue severe weather alerts (e.g., UK Met Office amber/red warnings or European equivalent hazard tracking) that make conducting the walk unsafe, the session will be formally postponed.

In these rare instances, or in the case of sudden host illness, you will be contacted immediately and offered a 100% full refund or a guaranteed priority seat on a alternative.

Please note that The Flat Frame is not liable for any personal travel, transit, or accommodation costs incurred due to safety postponements.
